The goal of this intensive Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems training course is to give our students in-depth exposure to numerous solar equipment in the design and installation of both residential and commercial Photovoltaic (PV) systems. Students will learn how to create system designs in regards to the construction, specification of solar equipment and components, design of systems, and mechanical and electrical points of connection for grid-tied Photovoltaic (PV) systems.
Hands-on solar PV training lab covers the common steps of residential and commercial solar PV system installations. You will wire up inverters from a variety of manufacturers and mount solar panels on racking systems with roof penetrations and panel attachments. You will learn how to work with DC disconnects, inverters, AC disconnects, and load center/service panels to tie in with the utility.
Our trainers are industry professionals with extensive real-world knowledge. We provide instructor-led training all day throughout the course in a focused environment. Instructors are available at all times to provide individual and group attention and ensure the students’ success.

Our solar training classes are for plumbers, HVAC/R professionals, electricians, architects, contractors, engineers, product wholesalers/resellers.
Each day the training begins promptly at 8:00 am. The morning session is 4 hours. There is a lunch break from noon to 12:30 pm. The afternoon session continues for 4 hours, ending at 5:00 pm. Each day there are 8 hours of instruction, totaling 16 hours of professional training over the two-day course.
